Refund Policy

At Yesterday's Anarchy Apparel, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Refunds are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description provided.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, or personalized/customized items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer service team at benny@yesterdaysanarchy.co.za with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.

Processing Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
