At Yesterday's Anarchy Apparel, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund policy below:
Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description provided.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items, gift cards, or personalized/customized items are not eligible for refunds.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our customer service team at benny@yesterdaysanarchy.co.za with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us.
Processing Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
